Looking after your bracelet

Your bracelet is made from 304-grade stainless steel, finished in either silver or 18k gold plate. It is built for daily wear - in the surf, in the shower, at work.

Everyday care. Rinse with fresh water after swimming in the ocean or pool. Dry with a soft cloth. That is genuinely all it needs.

Gold finish. The gold plate will keep its warmth longest if you avoid prolonged contact with perfume, sunscreen and harsh chemicals. Apply those first and let them dry before putting your bracelet on.

Silver finish. Silver stainless steel is virtually maintenance-free. A gentle wipe with a microfibre cloth restores the shine.

Storage. Store in the velvet pouch it arrived in, or flat in a jewellery box. Keeping it separate from other pieces avoids surface scratching.

What to avoid. Abrasive cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners and bleach. The engraving is set into the metal and will not wear away under normal conditions.
