Refund Policy
Effective: 28 September 2026
First published version, seeded from the platform legal template.
1. Your statutory rights
1.1 This policy is issued by Uplinkd Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 968 123) ('Pointbreak & Co', 'we', 'us' or 'our') and applies to every charge for the pointbreakandco.com website.
1.2 Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides, whatever this policy says.
2. Satisfaction refund
2.1 Subject to your statutory rights, if you are not completely satisfied with the membership within 30 days of a charge, email us at [OWNER TO CONFIRM] contact address and we may at our election either credit the amount to your account for future use or refund the money paid for the charge in question.
2.2 Cancelling during the 7-day free trial means no charge is made, so there is nothing to refund. Cancelling a paid membership takes effect at the end of the current paid period, as set out in clause 4.4 of the Terms of Service.
3. How refunds are paid
3.1 Refunds are paid to the original payment method through Stripe. We cannot pay a refund to a different card or account.
3.2 If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund is sent to the card-issuing bank generally within three business days of our receiving your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
3.3 Contact your bank for any further questions regarding the refund once it has been sent.
4. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the version in force, and every earlier version stays published beneath it.
